We Need The Help of our Entire MDE Parent Community!
Our Denim and Diamonds Auction is coming up in March and a successful auction depends on GREAT auction items and experiences. Parents, we need YOUR help in securing donations of gift cards, tickets to events, goods, services, or a unique experience like a behind-the-scenes tour or other event. We are also in need if any unwanted (unopened alcohol) or baskets to be used for donation displays.
Here's how you can help:
- Do you have season tickets to a sporting event? Do you have connections to a great company for an exclusive tour? Do you have access to a vacation home that could be auctioned for a week or weekend?
- Ask your hairdresser/dry cleaner/nail salon/yoga studio for a donation of services
- Ask the manager of your favorite restaurant for a donation of a gift card
- Are you part of a wine club or have a favorite winery? Ask for a donation of wine or a tasting.
- Do you LOVE to bake? We are looking for amazing desserts for the Dessert Auction.
- Ask your realtor/contractor/financial planner or your kids' pediatrician/dentist/tutor to Sponsor the auction and they'll get their advertising on our website, social media and recognition the night of our event (verbal and advertising on each live auction paddle). Sponsorships are $250
- All donors are recognized on our PFC website and Facebook page. Donations are fully tax deductible (our Tax ID is 68-0197529)
- If there is a physical item to be picked up the Auction Donations team will coordinate that with you or the Donor.
