Dear NEA Committee,

I hope you all had a lovely break and are back in the swing of things! Thank you all for your generous Walkathon donations. The event was an enormous success and we are just about at our funding goal of $46,500. So great job. Many people were involved but extra thanks to Sandy Calloway for leading the troops!

Super excited for Fridays (10/27) Spooktacular & Fall Carnival. We have booths planned and fun activities but we need your help! Please sign up HERE to volunteer. We need help setting up; running the booths & the always fun clean up! Join us on the blacktop from 5pm to 7pm - extra points for coming in costume! The Senior class will be selling tacos and snacks/drinks as a fundraiser for them, so please bring cash.

The Green Committee is excited to be hosting a costume exchange booth during the annual Spooktacular & Fall Carnival (10/27). Please bring your gently loved unwanted, unused, outgrown costumes (and accessories) to the NEA Front office. We have a box ready to take your donations! Then visit the Costume Exchange Booth during the Spooktacular & Fall Carnival on 10/27 to find something new (to you) for the costume box or for Halloween! Disclaimer: the costume exchange is open to all regardless of previous donation.
**While you are going through your closets, we'd love to also have your gently loved small toys (think McDonalds happy meal type toys) or those leftover birthday swag . These will be used as the prizes during the Spooktacular & Fall Carnival. You can use the same box in the NEA front office to drop your toys off as well. As always thank you!

The scarecrows are coming!!  This week you will start to see the class scarecrows being set up. You won't believe the amazing creativity of our community!

Fundraiser at Chipotle on Tuesday- see flyer below.

Thank you -- Juliette
