Attention, fabulous volunteers! We’re calling on our community to help make our annual Adult-Only Fundraiser a success! In celebration of our school's 15th anniversary, we are hosting a festive birthday-themed auction that promises to be a night of fun…all while raising money for our students!

Why Join the Auction Committee?

By volunteering, you'll be part of a team working together to gather exciting auction items that will entice our attendees and elevate our event. Plus, you’ll make fantastic connections within our community!

What We Need: 

We’re seeking passionate volunteers who can help source and gather auction items from corporations, local businesses, and others in our community. Don’t worry- we work off a spreadsheet so you know exactly who to contact. Your creativity and outreach efforts are crucial to make this fundraiser a success!

Theme: Happy (15th) Birthday to our school!

Date: Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 (6-10pm)

Location: Alameda Ballroom, Located on Broadway Ave.

Urgency: The countdown is on! We need volunteers to start reaching out NOW to make this event sensational!
