Calling All Nea Activists!

We are excited to announce that an upcoming Ballot Measure A for a Parcel Tax to equalize Teachers pay in Alameda with other East bay Districts has been approved for Vote in the upcoming March 3rd election.  This is also referred to as "Strong Schools for Alameda!"

In addition to helping Nea's wonderful Teachers, this is also a great opportunity for Nea as a School to become more involved and integrated with the other local schools, and fight for better teacher pay across the board for all Alameda schools.

We will need a "School Captain" to help organize Nea's parents and coordinate with the Nea PTSA President as the campaign moves forward.
