Hello Seals and welcome to another fantastic year at North Beach! 

I am so excited to get this year started that I wanted to put out a brief digest of information to cover the first few weeks of school.

Here is some information to consider for school:

• Don't forget about school supplies! The PTA has teamed up with the school to bulk purchase supplies. This ensures that all students have access to school supplies and that our families can spend their last days of summer break enjoying each other's company. We request that those able to pay purchase school supplies here. The fee for school supplies is $35 per student. We did some comparison shopping and the school supplies would total about $100 per student, what a steal!
• The first PTA meeting will happen during Curriculum Night on 9/19.  We will be voting on our PTA’s Standing Rules, discussing PTA goals for the year, and giving a simple and fast overview of the PTA.
• Sign up to be a PTA member. Your membership creates a strong voice for North Beach when we advocate for our students at a district, state, and national level. This year is an important year for North Beach to have a strong voice to our community and district. The closer we are to 100% participation the more the district and state understand how committed our community is.  Sign up today!
• Be in the know! 
  • Sign up for Konstella for PTA communications about events and activities. You can sign up here, click “find your school”, and search for North Beach Elementary. 
  • The Beachcomber provides families with a weekly digest of North Beach information. The newsletter has information from the PTA, Principal, office, and has information about school events and community organizations. Sign up here. 
• Lunch Volunteers Needed The school needs the community's support in helping out during lunch. For more information or to sign up, click here.
