It was SO much fun to see everyone who was able to attend the Harvest Carnival today! The treats were tasty, the costumes were the coolest, and the games were great! We are so grateful to the Harvest Carnival Committee for all of their hard work planning this favorite North Beach event: Janine Hottovy, Heidi Eriksen, Katie Steinberg, Julia Kristoferson-Palmer, and John Hart!!! Special shout out to Shannon Yuen and Brittany McFarlane for organizing the 5th grade bake sale fundraiser for Ballard Food Bank (we raised $1000!!!). And of course, Toby Slade, for being the best Costume Contest MC and judge around! Thank you all for bringing so much joy into our lives!

And, thank you to every single person who signed up to help run a game, sell pizza, work at the bake sale or ensure the dance party was hoppin’! These events are completely dependent on our volunteers and we are so lucky to have such an amazing community to step up and get it done!
