TOMORROW, May 1st, 1:30pm

Come join your fellow Seals at our annual Garden Party! A time to get crafty, get dirty, and make the school a better place.

This year we will focus our attention on dismantling old garden beds, clearing space, and planting old and new plants.

Kids of all ages are welcome to attend; there will be crafts, games, and snacks for all.

How You Can Help:

• Show up! We cannot create lovely spaces for our students if we do not have volunteers.
• Bring your own garden tools (there will be a limited supply of gloves and hand tools)
• Have extra plants? Yes, please! We are looking for drought tolerant perennials, beautiful annuals, and native plants of all kinds
• Come and have fun, no gardening experience required!

A few items to note:

• The south hillside is and will be off limits to students. It is unstable and being looked at by the district.
• The "towers" playground will be unavailable during this time. It is reserved for Boys and Girls Club. Arches will be open to play!
• There is poison hemlock in the area where we are removing planter boxes. We will remove any plants we see before the event, but out of an abundance of caution, we would like that area reserved for adults only.
