NORTH BEACH EVENT SCHEDULE & CALL FOR PLANNING TEAMS

It is a proud tradition for North Beach to host fun and enriching events every year to bring our students, families, and community together. We are looking for volunteers to help plan these events, with the support of additional volunteers on event day. A closet full of supplies and games await you with the support of PTA ideas and funds to create these incredible kid experiences.

Planning teams are needed for the following events:

HARVEST CARNIVAL - October 25th, 2026 12:30-3:30pm 

• What? Bring your family & friends & wear Halloween costumes, play games & more!
• Where? North Beach cafeteria, gym, classrooms, outside

STEM NIGHT (6:30-7:30pm) & STEM DAY (school-day event)  January 26th, 2027 

• What? Interactive school and community event with hands-on learning activities both during school day and in the evening
• Where? North Beach cafeteria and classrooms 

TALENT SHOW  -  March 20th, 2027   Time TBD        

• What? A student performance of special skills, all art and entertainment forms
• Where? North Beach cafeteria

AUCTION - April 3rd, 2027 Evening event 

• What? North Beach fundraising evening to raise money for school programs, classroom supplies and extracurricular activities. Staff, caregivers, parents, grandparents, alumni and friends of our community welcome!

FIELD DAY   June 11th, 2027 12:00-2:25pm

• What? An end of school year celebration featuring a variety of outdoor games, contests and activities to build teamwork

CULTURE FAIR - “This is US night” November 12th, 2026 6:30-7:30pm

• What? A family-friendly community event where students, parents, and staff gather to celebrate the traditions and heritages represented at North Beach

ART AND MUSIC NIGHT -  April 27th, 2027 6:30-7:30pm

• What? School event hosted by North Beach’s Art and Music Teacher with creative and collaborative art and music stations 
• Where? North Beach cafeteria

LITERACY NIGHT - May 20th, 2027 6:30-7:30pm 

• What? School event to celebrate reading, build positive connections with books and educate ways caregivers can support reading at home
• Where? North Beach cafeteria
