Volunteers Needed for Winter Session of the PTA After-School Enrichment Clubs! 

The clubs have been successful in years past due to VOLUNTEERS! 

Clubs begin week of Feb 3rd and run for 8 weeks ending April 3rd (no clubs over midwinter break) 

Questions about volunteering for after school clubs?  Here are some answers: 

What?

Help check in students at their clubs, assist club instructors with any needs, help with dismissal, tidy up classrooms if needed.  

Why?

In order to have after school clubs, we as a PTA are required to provide supervision.

When?

Clubs run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, directly after school. Time commitments are:

Tuesday: arrive at 2:15pm to set-up, done at 3:45pm
Wednesday: arrive at 1pm to set-up, done at 2:45pm
Thursday: arrive at 2:15pmto set-up, done at 3:45pm

Who?

Any North Beach parent/guardian. At least one parent/guardian with a child enrolled in a club is required to volunteer a minimum of one time during each session (fall/winter).  

How?

If you haven't already, complete the SPS Volunteer training and sign up below for which day(s) you want to volunteer.
