What Happens if The Big Gives Does Not Make Its Goal?
$11,500 to go
Currently, The Big Give still has about $11,500 remaining to reach its $75,000 goal. While this may feel a bit alarming, it is understandable given the current economic and global climate. The North Beach Elementary PTA is dedicated to our mission statement and continues to adapt, working collaboratively to meet the needs of our school and students.
During our December mid-year financial review, the PTA will look to identify budget items that are flexible and make the difficult, but necessary revisions and cuts to ensure the financial health of the non-profit. Without PTA funding generously donated by North Beach Elementary families, many programs cannot exist.
How can I help?
- If you haven’t donated and can, please donate today. Every donation is needed and every donation is valuable in our mission to support North Beach Elementary.
- If you have donated, look into your company’s matching program. Many companies will match, double, or even triple your donation!
- If you have the means to donate a bit more, please thoughtfully consider it. So many of the PTA’s programs run from a small, but mighty budget. The difference in maintaining or losing a program can come down to a few hundred dollars.
What happens if The Big Give does not make its goal? We will get through this. Our strength as a community does not correlate to our fundraising efforts. Our strength comes from the deep relationship we have with our school, our teachers, and our community. And we are strong.
Thank you,
Beth Carman
