Ok, what’s this auction thing all about?
North Beach Elementary School's PTA Auction is on March 23, 2024. Don't be late to the maddest tea party of the year and a chance to hang with all of your friends in Wonderland. North Beach PTA's Auction funds critical support services not provided by the State of Washington or Seattle Public Schools. Funds raised on auction night support social and emotional learning, tutoring, classroom resources, staffing, the arts and more! With strong commitments from parents, teachers, neighbors, and our community, we can continue to support the education of our children in a post-pandemic world.  

Where do I grab tickets?
Tickets may be purchased here. Come solo, as a couple, or as a whole table! 

Can I donate tickets?
Yes! Donated tickets go towards teachers and staff (they deserve some fun too!) and help all community members attend the auction.

Buy your tickets early and save:
Purchase your tickets between now and February 9th and save. Every dollar counts!

Why should I purchase a table?
Did someone say jello shots (or other delicious alcoholic treat)?! Book your early bird table and receive a little something special on your auction table.

What do I wear?
This year’s auction is in Wonderland, based on Alice in Wonderland. Come in costume, come in your fancy duds, or come as you are!

How do I sit by my friends?
When purchasing tickets, under “Group Name” on the second page, you can list the party you’d like to sit with (usually one person’s last name usually works). If you are not coming with a group, no worries. List your child’s class and we will do our best to sit you with people from that class. No matter who you sit with, the night is riotous fun!

What do I do at the auction?
So, so much! The evening is broken into three parts:

Cocktail Hour
Doors open at 6:00pm. During this time you’ll enjoy appetizers, a hosted bar with specialty cocktails, continued bidding in the online silent auction, raffles, games, and hanging out with the coolest people in Wonderland! 
All bidding for silent auction items will take place via mobile devices so don’t forget your phone!

• Community Experiences
  Grab some friends and sign up for some community experiences for you and your student. These activities are donated by teachers, staff, and community members and are a fun time for all. 
• Pre Auction Games
  During cocktail hour you will have the opportunity to participate in some fun and games. Unlock Wonderland for your chance at a glorious prize, slide down to plinko, and make sure you enter our must do raffles to win the Golden Ticket or one of our themed Herbie stuffies. 
• Grab n Go Board
  Bring home a souvenir for your kiddo (or for yourself). A variety of themed items and gift cards will be available for you to take home with you.
• Photo Booth
  Take pictures with your loved ones, friends, or your new friend you just made in the drink line! All photos will be uploaded to a private gallery and be available for free downloads. 

Live Auction
The main event! At 7:30, take a seat and enjoy a family style meal with your table. Raise your paddle high as you bid on vacation packages, unique experiences, and amazing nights out. 

• Live Auction Games
  During the auction we like to keep people on their toes, be prepared to choose your head or your tail in our Heads or Tails showdown or run for your late night treat in our Dessert Dash. Make sure you stretch!

After Party
You have your babysitter until late? Good! It’s time to party. During the after party continue to enjoy beverages at the hosted bar, karaoke, and dancing. A perfect nightcap. 

Can I participate if I don’t want to attend the auction?
Yes please! Those who cannot make it out can still participate online.
Silent Auction and Community Experiences open online starting March 18th. Sign up and bid for your favorite item.
