OKTOBERFEST FAQS: 

Where is the event held?  Northgate's Oktoberfest Party is outside in the Clayton Club’s Biergarten (i.e. the large back patio), under the trees with lots of string lights! 

What should I wear? German attire or festive t-shirts and hats are encouraged, but wear whatever is comfortable. It’s a casual, low-key event - you do you! 

What’s on the menu? We grill brats with all the fixins’ (veggie and GF options, too), along with Kinder’s potato salad, and warm soft pretzels. There’s a dessert walk (like a cake walk but with various desserts) - the lucky winners can share their cookies, cakes, pastries, etc. with friends! It’s not a sit-down dinner with assigned tables - grab food and sit wherever you’d like!

Is there an open bar? Yes! There’s a bar on the patio, staffed by the Clayton Club bartender. They serve beer, wine and mixed drinks. They now take credit cards outside, too! 

What else is there to do? We have amazing Raffle Prizes (golf packages, beauty + botox, workout classes, college counseling hours, Kinder’s goodies, wine + wine tasting in Napa, wine tasting locally, restaurant packages, and much more)! Packages are valued between $200 and $1200! There’s also a DJ, a men's and women's Steinholding Contest, and that fun Dessert Walk that we mentioned!

Do teachers and admin come? They sure do! You’ll get to mingle with a good handful of Northgate staff!
