Parent Advisors Needed For Orientation

Hello all,

 

There will be three orientation dates for incoming OSA families this year:

 

August 14, 3 PM - incoming 10th, 11th, and 12th graders

August 15, 3 PM - incoming middle schoolers (6th-8th graders)

August 16, 3 PM - incoming 9th graders

 

In an effort to ease the transition for families to OSA, and to give many of us the opportunity to meeting incoming members of our community, we are asking for parent volunteers to staff an orientation table and answer questions from parents.  

 

This is not expected to be a public Q&A, but rather a time after the main presentation where parents and guardians could walk up to a table and ask pertinent questions.

 

3-4 volunteers for each orientation would be an amazing help.  Of course, parents staffing the high school orientations should have a student in high school, while middle school parents can staff the August 15 event.
