We are excited to announce that the 14th Annual OBE Skate For The Kids is rolling back into action on March 15th!

Each year, this community event and fundraiser brings students and families from Ocean Beach and the surrounding areas for a fun-filled day of outdoor exercise and learning, while sharing the sport of skateboarding with the local youth. Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced rider, this event is all about having fun, building confidence, and cheering each other on.

OB Surf & Skate will be hosting a skate clinic for grades TK-8 (ages 5+), which will be followed by a friendly skate competition for the kids and contest for the best trick by an adult, along with a Skate Jam for all!!

There will be an auction and raffle, and a live DJ as well as food!! All proceeds will go to Ocean Beach Elementary!!

🕘 Time: 12pm – 3pm

Bring your boards and protective gear, and OB Surf & Skate will provide a limited amount of skateboards and safety equipment for the clinic. Helmets and safety gear are required, and all students must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Follow the link below to register for an event and sign the waiver prior to the event date. Forms will be available on site the day of the event as well.

This is a community event that any local business can join in and participate by setting up  a tent and/or demo on-site the day of.
