Halloween Hullabaloo Drive-Thru Committee

The PTO is not asking for donations and is sponsoring this event so everyone can enjoy. Groups decorate a designated area with Halloween fun such as, blow-ups, pumpkins, hay, etc. Set-up between 2:45-4:00pm, then come back at 6:30pm to breakdown decorations. After set-up, enjoy the event with your family in your vehicle, plus get a fun treat for the kids!

Helpers direct traffic and hand out Boo Bags during the event! No volunteers are allowed to stay during drive-thru event, unless signed-up to hand-out Boo Bags or help direct traffic. 

Faculty & Staff dress-up as a friendly, costumed character to bring the Halloween fun and help with the event!

Coordinate with police officer for traffic control, contact PPB High School Band to preform, and organize fulfillment of Boo Bags for distribution.

Help decorate the area at the main entrance to Ocean Road School with Halloween fun, such as blow-ups, pumpkins, hay, etc. (Please provide extension cords for blow-ups). Come back at 6:30pm to breakdown decorations. No one volunteers are allowed to stay during drive-thru event.

Traffic Control Helpers Signed Up: 0 / 0

Volunteers need to direct traffic during the drive-thru event. Bring a flashlight and wear high visibility vest or reflective gear if you have it.
