Local Business Give-Backs Committee
Committee works with local businesses that are willing to host a “Business Give-Backs Day/Night Event”. A percentage of the purchaser's bill will be donated to Ocean Road School PTO when they present the flyer to the participating business. The flyer must be presented for the donation to count!

Committee Chair Signed Up: 0 / 1In charge of contacting local businesses listed that are willing to host a giveback day/event. The chair would have to call businesses to arrange date/dates (establish a few in case certain date/dates don’t work), confirm dates with PTO Board to make sure there isn’t a conflict with another event, then work with PTO Corresponding Secretary to come up with flyer and/or promotion of event. At conclusion the chair must follow-up with the business to retrieve any funds raised. A receipt is available for the business so that they may submit for tax purposes (ORSPTO is a 501(c)3 organization) - just request from PTO Board. If the chair knows of, or is willing to solicit, other local businesses to host a giveback, please add to list and coordinate. Set a “Business Give-Backs Night” once a month.
