We may be able to use a regular local projector setup company (like Jenkinson’s and the Boro community park uses; Seashore Amusements, the outfit that lent us the carnival games for the Panther Car Show, also have projectors for rent: http://seashoreamusements.com/movie-nights/). Find out if they could also set it up so the audio would be via the radio (have an a.m. transmitter) for the car/drive-in part. Chair would need to: Find vendor (Seashore b/c they’ve sponsored us previously or find a better option). How will vendor accommodate the audio in vehicle part? Find a location (hopefully free but would need to get permit/permission from a lot owner (old Pathmart/Fins lot empty). Calculate how many cars/tix max the location would work fit and the audio would work on - transmitter needs to reach all, would they have a backup? A prerecording?) Come up with cost to cover event (and possibly a “profit" depending on how much it would be overall). Work with the PTO Corresponding Secretary to promote event on Konstella and social media pages.

Helpers will check-in attendees who have purchased seating in advance and if the event is not sold out will collect payments for seating purchased at the event. Come help on Friday, October 15th before 7:15pm and stay to help clean up after the movie ends.
