Dear Parents and Families,

We're pleased to announce that our school will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair. The return of the Book Fair will be a familiar and welcome celebration. Volunteers are crucial to the success of this event. We hope that you can offer your time and talents to help students discover the power of books to bring us together.

If you’re available to help us with our upcoming Book Fair, please contact us. We'd be grateful if you’d let us know which Fair activities interest you as a volunteer. We need volunteers to help with:

  •  Advertising
  • Setting up the Fair
  • Helping shoppers at the Fair
  • Cashiering
  • Packing up the Fair
  • Special events

Schedule, plan and manage the book fair. Serve as the main contact between the school, volunteers and Scholastic. Recruit, motivate, and schedule volunteers. Promote the fair to school, students, and families. Direct the setup and operation of the book fair. Work with PTO Board to schedule all events to avoid conflict. Keep records for future use.
