We’re getting ready to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and the richness of Mexican culture! 🎉 What is Cinco de Mayo? It’s a special day that honors the victory of the Mexican army in the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. But more than that, it’s a time to celebrate Mexican culture, traditions, music, food, and community — especially here in the United States, where so many families share this beautiful heritage. We’d love for you to join us in planning and celebrating! Bring your children, invite your neighbors, and let’s make it joyful together.
To our Mexican-American families and families with Mexican roots — we need you! Come represent your culture with us: teach us a dance, share a recipe or story, or simply be there with your joy and presence. Let’s fill our school with the colors, sounds, and spirit of Mexico!
