Our next PTA General Membership Meeting is Thursday, January 19th from 6-8PM.
After our first successful hybrid meeting last month, we will again be hosting our PTA meeting both in-person in the PS 20 Libary and on Zoom.
If you are interested in attending the meeting in-person, please RSVP by either signing up via Konstella using the sign up below or emailing board@ps20.org (include the names of attendees and if you need childcare).
For families coming to the PTA meeting in-person, the PTA will be providing free childcare, pizza, and a tour of the school for interested families. Childcare will be available starting at 5:30pm and the PTA meeting will start shortly after 6pm. Since the meeting will be held at PS20, we will have to follow DOE requirements for entry into the school - adult in-person attendees will be required to show ID and proof of at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination.
As usual, members of the PS20 community can also join the PTA meeting via Zoom (info below).
PTA meetings are an opportunity to learn about what is going on at PS 20, ask Ms. Barbera and/or the PTA Board any questions you have and learn how to get involved.
We will aim to circulate a draft agenda prior to the meeting, but if you have any questions or items you want to make sure are covered on the agenda, please feel free to email board@ps20.org.
We hope you will join us in-person or via Zoom.
