Hi PS 20 parents,

We've noticed a few "parent only" social groups have cropped up; these were common in previous years before. We'd like to ask that you don't use or create these rooms; instead, you can create a private chat group by using the "Message subgroup" button in your classroom, and selecting only the parents:

These chat groups are easier to maintain, are more private, and don't need manual cleanup at the end of each school year. As a rule, social groups should be open to anyone in the school community.

You may have seen a class parent signup list; if you want to help organize things like these for your classroom, please sign up!
