Mosaic Afterschool Registration Fall 2025!

Hello P.S. 20 families!

Can you believe how quickly the summer is flying by? We hate to see summer end, but are excited about our plans for this Fall semester. We can’t wait to welcome back old students and are thrilled to greet new PS 20 families. Mosaic is PS 20’s PTA-run after school program serving the PS 20 community. Get the latest information on updates via Mosaic website, or email mosaic@ps20.org with any questions.

The Mosaic afterschool program offers after school care to Pre-K through 5th grade. After school care for all students begins on Monday September 8th. The program runs from 2:40 PM - 6 PM on school days, following the DOE calendar. Although Mosaic does not operate on school grounds on DOE holidays, there are certain holidays for which we offer offsite camps. 

Here are details regarding Fall 2025 Registration:

  • Registration launches Thursday, August 28th, at noon. Make sure to create a user profile on Sawyer, our registration platform, if you haven't done so already. 

  • Please visit the Mosaic website for our fall schedule (subject to change) 

Our daily schedule is as follows:

2:40–4pm – Pick Up Students / Snack / Homework Assistance
4–5pm – Enrichment Activities
5–6pm – Free Play & Dismissal

 

 

  • The scholarship application for the Fall 2025 school semester is now available (please feel free to reach out to Mosaic if you have any questions/concerns). 1st round applications are due August 24th, and applications are accepted on a rolling basis following this deadline. If you are notified that you qualify for a scholarship, you will have one week to submit a full application. Mosaic cannot guarantee spots if you do not apply by the deadline. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, if a spot is available, you will receive an award letter.
