Some highlights in case you missed it:

• Updates from Principal Blyden:
    -  Screen time - DOE guidelines this year are 0 minutes of screen time for grades 3k-2nd, 30 min for grades 3rd-5th.
           - No student-facing AI allowed.
   - Class Size Follow Up - Ms Rivera will be helping in certain classrooms starting next week.  Contingency plans for next year will be worked on throughout the year together with the district. 
  - Substitute teachers - are always requested when a teacher is absent, but if none are available the class may get split up. 
  
  
• Annual Appeal 
   - We have begun our annual appeal with a goal of $205k for the year.
   - We have a matching campaign - 30 new monthly donors of $26 or more will get matched up to $3k for the school!
