Thanks to all who were able to join last week's monthly school & families meeting. We also thank all the volunteers and helpers who worked with Green Arts today for Spring Garden prep!

Aaaaaannnd.... the countdown to Love Ball 2026 is on - mark your calendars for Friday, May 15 from 6-9pm! Less than 3 weeks until our Spring Gala and Auction, our grandest fundraiser of the year. Get your tickets for the ultimate dance party hosted by DJ Miss Minx and a coterie of artists and performers!

COMMITTEE UPDATES & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

• The International & Multicultural Families Committee invites parent volunteers to co-lead our upcoming monthly multicultural celebrations and help keep our IB cultural values—diversity, inclusion, and global understanding—strong and visible, especially in today’s challenging political climate. Ideally, we’re aiming for 3–4 volunteers per event so these celebrations can move forward. ➡️ Email analourdes@ps20.org or complete our form

• Fundraising Committee is gearing up for PS20 PTA’s Spring Gala -- our biggest fundraiser of the year -- seeking amazing items for the live and silent auction at The Love Ball!

  * Donate Items: We welcome all donations such as apparel, jewelry, artwork, lessons, dining & entertainment experiences, special services, and vacation home stays!

  * Find Sponsors: Do you have connections to local businesses, restaurants, or organizations that might sponsor the event or donate something special? Help us reach out! Sponsorships can be monetary or in-kind donations (e.g., catering, auction items, event services).
