Transfer your minutes from your paper reading logs to the https://www.forourschool.org/start?code=918263 website by Monday. If you are using a paper log instead of the website, a parent or teacher signature is required before turning it in to your teacher on Monday. Do not turn in both a paper log and website minutes (we highly recommend turning in all minutes via the website).
We’ll announce winning classes and top readers for each classroom next week!

The PS20 Read-A-Thon seeks to encourage a love of reading in our students through friendly, collaborative competition. Between Friday, February 27 - Sunday, March 8, 2026 students and families will record every minute the student spends reading outside of school hours on the For Our School website. We also encourage you to use the For Our School portal to request donations from friends and family to support the library and school-wide literacy programs.
Last year we raised over $18k and added more than 900 books to the library! This year our goal is $20k!
Instructions
- Use the link or QR code to sign up each of your students on the ForOurSchool.org portal
- Through ForOurSchool.org, send at least two (2) emails to friends and family to support your reader.
