Thanks to everyone who attended Thursday's PTA General Meeting!
At the meeting, we gave a presentation outlining Principal Barbera's vision for the future of PS 20 including the addition of a hydroponic lab, rooftop garden and outdoor learning and play space. The PTA Board will be sharing some draft letters to the Mayor, Chancellor and our local Council Member asking them to support our vision.
Additionally, we shared our packed calendar of fundraising and community building events including our Green Arts Fundraising Campaign (with matching funding from Con Edison), Farm to People, Parents Night Out, Chuck E Cheese Fundraiser, the Spring Flea X Makers Market, Used Book Sale, the Annual Auction and Movie Nights!
