Dear P.S. 20 Families

Every year the NYC Department of Education distributes to all New York City public schools

from K-12 the Learning Environment Survey for parents to fill out. This survey is conducted

every school year for the purpose of receiving feedback from parents to rate their child’s school.

On Thursday, February 13th Ms. Colon will be distributing the school surveys in the morning. If

you can take 2 minutes of your time to complete the survey that would be greatly appreciated

If you have more than one child at the school, please complete the survey for the eldest child.

You have the option of completing the survey online by logging onto If

you complete a paper survey, please return it to the main office or to your child’s teacher. The

survey deadline is March 31st . We are striving to reach a goal of 100% surveys completed by the

families, please help us reach that goal. Please complete your survey because your input is very

important to us. If you have any questions, Please feel free to contact the school.
