Welcome to the 2025-26 School year. 

New York Public Schools requires schools to send out a Housing Questionnaire at least twice a year.
Whether your family's housing status is the same or has changed over the past year we need all families to complete the  housing  questionnaire in the link below. 
Completed Housing Questionnaires should be returned to your child's classroom teacher at your earliest convenience.
