We hope everyone had a wonderful day at the PS20 Social Justice Run and Field Day!

Now, have you ever wondered - what is JEDI anyway? Well, JEDI stands for Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion, and is the umbrella committee for the Community Support & Service Subcommittee, the International and Multicultural Families Subcommittee and the Rainbow Club.

The JEDI budget and its dedicated members help maintain the Community Closet, various cultural celebrations and even defray the costs of grade-wide instruction needs (e.g. mouthpieces for music) and field trips (e.g. admission fees, buses), among many other things.

If you were inspired by your students' causes yesterday, then let us celebrate the wonderful work of JEDI by donating to the Social Justice Run (we are halfway to our goal of $10K) and/or cover the t-shirt costs.
