PICTURE DAY HELPERS NEEDED
to help our students put their best faces forward

VOLUNTEER TASKS INCLUDE

• Keeping students orderly and (relatively) quiet while waiting their turn
• Pacing the line: sending a new student to the photographer when they're done with the previous student. 
• Helping students double-check first and last names to properly match them to the photographer's lists
• Checking wardrobe, faces, and hair (Stomping Ground brings wipes and throw-away combs)

Each shift is approx. 1.5 hours with some overlap to ensure continuous support of the classes as they rotate in & out of the photo areas.  Sign up for consecutive shifts if you're able!  Please check in with security officer who will then direct you to the photo area. 

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024 - Schedule subject to change

• All 3K classes
• All Pre-K classes
• All Grade 2 classes
• Select Grade 1 + 3 classes (check with your class parent leads)
• All Grade 5 classes

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2024 - Schedule subject to change

• All Kindergarten classes
• MOST Grade 1 classes (check with your class parent leads)
• MOST Grade 3 classes (check with your class parent leads)
• All Grade 4 classes
