VENUE CHANGE: 
The Scholastic Book Fair will now take place in the GYMNASIUM

Dear Parents and Families, 

We are pleased to announce that PS20 will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair which will take place on the PS20 GYMNASIUM for one week only: Monday, December 12 - Friday, December 16 from 8am - 4pm, plus two Family Nights on Thursday, Dec. 15th and Friday, Dec. 16th from 4-6pm. 

The return of the Book Fair will be a familiar and welcome celebration. All classes will have an opportunity to visit the Book Fair during the school day. Volunteers are crucial to the success of this event. We hope that you can offer your time and talents to help students discover the power of books to bring us together. We will have age-appropriate books for all grades and Spanish language books! 

If you are available to help us with our upcoming Book Fair, please sign up for a 2-hour shift (or more!) here or reach out to me. We need help with setting up the Fair, helping shoppers at the Fair, and keeping our shelves stocked with books and organized. 

Class Leads can further support by reminding the community about the Book Fair so parents don’t forget to send their kids with money to school and also encouraging donations to our Book Fair Equity Fund by texting “PS20BOOKS4ALL” to 44-321.
