Dear Children's School Families, Community and Friends,

I hope this email finds you well and getting ready to start a new school year.  As some of you may know, September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.  During this month my family will participate in many events focusing on raising awareness of childhood cancer. Look out for all MLB teams wearing gold, Major League Soccer, and Times Square will light billboards gold along with the Coney Island Parachute lighting gold again. Finally, our favorite event, is Sienna's Gold Gala on Saturday, September 29th at ShapeShifter Lab.

Sienna's Gold Gala is in memory of our oldest daughter, Sienna,  who died of bone cancer in 2009. This event is a fun night out for adults with an open bar, silent auction, raffle baskets and live music. It's a great way to support a wonderful charity while enjoying a night out.

Last year, Sienna's Gold Gala raised over $25,000 to support Camp Sunshine. The Gala made it possible for children with cancer and their families to have a free of charge, week long retreat at Camp Sunshine! www.campsunshine.org

If you have a business please consider supporting  the Gala with a business sponsorship, check out our website for the level that fits you best. https://www.siennasgoldgala.org/sponsorship.html

Take a look at our pictures from past years to see all the fun we had, while making a difference in the life of a child with cancer.

If you can't attend this year, please consider supporting Sienna's Gold Gala with a donation or sponsorship.

Thank you for your support,
