We have been informed that we will be a Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Pop-up site for children ages 5-11. 

Some important information:

• Please wait in line outside and a staff member will greet you to check your DOE screener and vaccine status: Daily Health Screener You will enter the building through the pre-K doors on Denton Place.
• Anyone who is not vaccinated will not be permitted to enter the building
• The vaccine will be administered on the stage inside of our gymnasium
• Parent or Guardian must be present in order for your child/ren to receive a shot
• Written permission will not be accepted
