How to Reset Your Child's Student DOE Password and/or PIN

Dear Children's School Families and Community:


Hope all is well.


I have been receiving emails on how to reset your child's DOE password and/or PIN number.


First, you must have a New York City Schools Account for your child. If you do not have an account please let me know and I will get you the information to set up the account.

Log into your NYCSA  by clicking on the following link

The parents can access the pin through their NYCSA. They must select the Manage Accounts Tab, under Menu there will be a tab STUDENT PASSWORD, they can click that and it will bring them to the password reset page.

 This was given to me by another parent coordinator. Let me know if you have any questions or any issues come up.
