About Kally Booras:
Yoga is the union of the breath, mind and body. It challenges us with physical movements while helping us focus. The poses in yoga teach us to balance not just by standing on one leg, but by learning how to breathe and adjust our posture in order to strengthen our minds and body.
Kally has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years because it makes her feel better and has improved her life. She began teaching to share that with others as well.
