• Congratulations to Cherise Gibbs, Adelphi Site parent , the newest member to be voted in to the SLT, School Leadership Team!
• Exciting News! PS 372 recently received a $25,000 grant of bikes, helmets and a full learn-to ride curriculum from Cycle Kids. As part of the grant, 5th graders and volunteers from the organization worked together building our bike set at school on October 19th. They celebrated afterwards with a yummy treat sponsored by Waffles & Dinges. Thanks to Bicycle Habitat and Delta Cycle, our bikes will have a beautiful home to hang in the school, too! Thank you to Ms. Emily(3-2) for getting this incredible grant for PS 372!
• One School, One Book kicked off with "Starting Over in Sunset Park" on October 4th. 
• Pizza Friday returned on October 14th at our ICT Site and has been a big hit for our kids, parent volunteers and we are thrilled to support Valentino's(pizzeria). Thank You to Jaclyn LaRosa and Stephanie Devito for all of their hard work. Reminder: All parent volunteers must sign-up on Konstella. 
• Proposal For Participatory Budget(PB) submitted by Stephanie Shaw to fund the resurfacing and renovating of the big yard at ICT Site. If you are interested in learning more and/or joining the Playground Committee, please email executiveboard@ps372pta.org

The Executive Board of the PTA needs a Co-Treasurer. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, Quickbooks experience, managing the PTA budget and reimbursements and attending monthly virtual meetings. • Picture Day at ICT Site: Monday, October 24th
• Character Day: Friday, October 28th at Both Sites. Children and staff are encouraged to dress as their favorite character from a book. No masks, swords or wands. 
• Outdoor Movie Night: Friday, October 28th. Gates open 6:15pm. Families from both sites are welcome to attend. Concessions will be sold and are cash only. Reminder this is also Pizza Friday(lunch) at ICT Site. If you do not want your child to have pizza twice, please bring your own dinner and/or snacks.
