This is a reminder that Participatory Budgeting Vote Week starts TOMORROW!! Our office would greatly appreciate your help getting the word out. Please find instructions and graphics below and attached to this email.

- Sample Newsletter blurbs and Social Media language can be found here. Please do not copy and paste the entire document. Choose the blurb that works best for the format you want to share.
- We also have a tiktok made by our youth fellows! It is great to share. Check it out at this link: https://www.tiktok.com/@

All graphics have a QR code and web link to our online ballot! The flyer is designed to print out for distribution (for ex. at school drop-off). You are welcome to print out as many as you want to share with your community members.
- The best time to share this information is during the week of March 25th - April 2nd so people can immediately click on the live ballot! If you have a regularly scheduled newsletter that goes out before March 25th that works too.
