Dear PS10 PTA Extended Day Families,
Our registration software, Jumbula, has been experiencing severe outages for more than 24 hours. We have been in constant contact with their support team regarding this issue, while also exploring other software competitors. However, at this time, all operations using Jumbula are not possible. This means that we cannot send out invoices, nor can families pay online/by phone. However, payments by check are still possible.
Please note that Winter Registration will not be affected by this issue. We are recording your lottery submissions manually and will continue to sort the lottery as we move forward towards Winter session. If you have been unable to pay for the Fall Session because of this site error, your Winter lottery submission will not be affected. If you have not yet submitted your Winter Registration please email us with your top 3 choices for the days you need coverage, as well as the class that your child would like the most of all. We are offering many new and exciting classes this session!
