TODAY AT 11 AM
VIRTUAL AUTHOR VISIT WITH  CARLOS HERNANDEZ ON ZOOM
Carlos Hernandez is an author, game designer, and an English professor at City University of New York. He has published more than 30 works of poetry, fiction, and drama. His critically acclaimed middle grade novel, SAL & GABI BREAK THE UNIVERSE, has been described as “a brilliant sci-fi romp with Cuban influence,” and “a breath of fresh air drenched in Cuban Spanish and personality.”

Originally scheduled for the fifth grade, we are opening this visit up to all who would like to participate. Carlos's presentation will run for about 30 minutes and will be followed by a 10-15 minute Q&A. Since there will be many people on the Zoom call, we will be muting participants and turning off video except for the presenter.  We ask that questions be sent in advance if possible. Email questions to ps10reads@gmail.com, and please include the student’s first name, grade, and teacher’s name.
