All families who participated in the afterschool lottery and won a seat in a program will receive results throughout the course of this week.

There are a few different scenarios of what your notification will look like:

NEW TO AFTERSCHOOL OR MEMBERSHIP CHANGE:

If you entered the lottery and are not yet attending afterschool, Pamela Rosenberg will contact you via email with instructions on how to  register your child for afterschool and claim your spot in the program you requested. If you are a current afterschool student but will be adding a day and changing your membership type, Pamela Rosenberg will contact you via email with instructions.

WON A SEAT IN THE LOTTERY:

If your child won a seat in the lottery and it is a day that your child has been attending without a program this school year, you will get an invitation to join the class. Once you receive this invitation please follow the instructions to accept the seat and be added to the class roster. 

PICKING UP A NEW CLASS AND DROPPING AN OLD CLASS:

If your child won a seat in the lottery and this is a swap - adding this new program and dropping another one on the same day, you will get a notification that you have moved to another class from 6crickets. No action on your part is required. You will receive the notification this week but the class will begin next week.

DID NOT WIN A SEAT IN THE LOTTERY:

By Friday, January 27th, if you have not heard from us via one of the methods above, it means that your child did not win a seat in this mini lottery and you can keep the schedule you currently have or contact director@psafterschool to make changes to your membership.

All offers of seats will be rescinded if not claimed by February 1st.
