Dear PS107 Families,
I hope you are bearing up as well as possible against the flood of uncertainties and disruptions to normal routines that have happened so rapidly over the last few days. We all wish our kids were in school but it is clear from the medical authorities that social distancing and avoiding large gatherings is the only way to slow down the spread of this virus.
I am forwarding you a new letter from Chancellor Carranza about the DOE's plan for the next week. I will be meeting with teachers tomorrow through Thursday to work on our grade level plans for remote learning. More information from me will follow about that, and about electronic devices that may be borrowed from the DOE for families who need them.
Please continue to take every precaution to keep yourselves and your loved ones safe and healthy.
