As we head into the busy season ahead, here's a quick reminder to add your Annual Fund gift to your holiday to-do list.  Or, please consider making your gift today!

Status update:

Our Annual Fund goal this year is $210,000. We're a quarter of the way there, with $160,000 left to raise. This goal is both ambitious and absolutely essential to PS 107's budget. Funds raised by the PTA supplement NYC DOE (Department of Education) funding, which always falls short of what's needed to fund basic school functions as well as programs that enrich our children's educational experience. Annual Fund dollars support:

• Art, music, and science teachers
• Supplies and curriculum materials
• Art residencies
• Building improvements (e.g. replacing broken cafeteria tables)
• Professional development for teachers
• Extra support in classrooms
• And so much more!

Together, we've got this!

To reach our goal as a community, we need every family to participate. This year, Annual Fund gifts range from $10 to $8,000. Your contribution may be funding fresh pencils for your child's classroom or part of a teacher's salary. We can't stress enough that Every. Single. Gift. Matters.

The Annual Fund is one big example of PS 107’s partnership between the PTA, school leadership, and teachers—cultivating a community that makes our school a truly wonderful place for students to learn and grow.
