Why support the Annual Fund?

PS 107 relies on PTA support to supplement DOE funding, which consistently falls short of what's needed. This year, we faced a shortfall of $200K in DOE funding - a gap we were able to fill with Annual Fund dollars. In the 2025-26 school year, we project a $230K gap between PS 107's operating budget and public funding. Exceeding our goal this year will allow Ms. Joanna to more confidently plan for the year ahead.

This partnership between families and the school makes possible important programs such as Art, Music, and Science, as well as supplies, curriculum materials, extra classroom support, and so much more. It's essential.
