What is the Mystery Art Exhibition + Sale?
The Mystery Art Exhibition + Sale will feature hundreds of equally priced anonymous 6x6 inch pieces by artists and 5th grade students. Buyers will learn who made their art after they buy it! Money raised will go to support the PS107 PTA.
Who can participate?
Established Artists - Adult Amateur Artists - PS107 Parents - PS107 Staff - PS107 5th Grade Students (5th graders will create their pieces as part of their art curriculum)
What art mediums are you looking for?
Artists may create their piece using any medium of their choice including photography. PS 107 will provide all participants with their choice of 6x6 300 lb. watercolor paper, birchwood panel or flat canvas.
How many pieces can I create?
Artists may create up to 3 pieces and must indicate how many pieces will be donated when registering.
When is the Mystery Art Exhibition + Sale?
Saturday, February 3 from 12 - 3pm at PS107 in Park Slope.
Is it expected that I attend the Mystery Art Exhibition + Sale?
We would love for every artist to attend the exhibition + sale but it is definitely not required.
When will I receive the watercolor paper, birchwood or canvas and when do you need to receive it for the show?
The 6x6 piece(s) will be delivered once an artist is registered. All artwork must be received by Monday, January 22, 2018.
