Dear PS 107 Families, 

Between yesterday and today, your child will be sent home with two additional at-home COVID tests for the Thanksgiving break. Attached please find a letter from the Department of Education with recommendations about how to use these test kits.

In early December, your child will receive their regular allotment of four COVID test kits. If you do not wish to receive these kits, please let Nadia Benlarbi, Parent Coordinator, know. If you do receive them, after having asked not to, please simply return them to your child's classroom teacher. (In the busy-ness of each day, it can be tricky for staff to remember who receives kits and who does not.)

I'd also like to take this opportunity to wish our community a very happy and healthy Thanksgiving break! I so appreciate the Thanksgiving holiday as it gives all of us a moment to pause and reflect on what we are grateful for, and I am so deeply grateful for all of you. The strong community at PS 107 is what sustains us through the ups and downs of life. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your support of our school.
