Dear PS107 Families,
Thanks for your patience today as our teachers worked out some of the kinks with Google Classrooms. This is a work in progress which is clearly far from perfect. Please bear with us this week as we continue to learn and adapt to this mode of teaching.
I am extremely proud of our staff for rising without reservation to the challenges remote learning poses, and for working so effectively with their colleagues. This is indeed the time when collaboration and interdependence matter most.
This week teachers will be taking attendance informally by noting students who login to Google Classroom. On Monday 3/30, that information will be used for formal attendance record-keeping. As in the past, if your child is ill or unable to participate in e-school, please let your teacher know.
If your child still does not have a device for remote learning at home, please contact our Technology Liaison, Marybeth LoPorto or Parent Coordinator, Pamela Rosenberg (email@example.com; firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as possible.
