Grandparents & Special Friends Day: May 15
Wed, Apr 1 10:32am

We are excited that Grandparents and Special Friends Day is returning this spring! After a pause during COVID, we’re looking forward to bringing back this event to celebrate some of the important people in our students’ lives.

Here are the Details:
🗓 Friday, May 15
🕗 8:20–9:45 AM
📍At PS 107

In lieu of a traditional Family Friday in May, students are invited to welcome their grandparents or a special family friend to join them for the morning. The agenda will include:

  • Classroom Visit: Guests will join students in their classrooms to see a snapshot of their school day, just like on a Family Friday.

  • Coffee & Performances: After the classroom visit, we’ll gather in the Big Yard for coffee, remarks from Ms. Joanna, and a student performance or two.

Important Notes:

  • Due to limited space, this event is only for grandparents or special friends.

  • If a guest requires assistance, a parent may escort them, but we kindly ask families to help us limit the number of people inside the building as much as possible.

  • Parents are welcome to join instead of a special guest for the classroom visit.

We look forward to a morning celebrating the special people who help shape and support our students!
