In collaboration with OEA, BKN is thrilled to offer another Implicit Bias Awareness for Families workshop on May 6 (content is same as March 30 session). Parents and guardians will learn about Implicit Bias, the brain science behind it, and how to mitigate the effects of Implicit Bias in this interactive session with the DOE’s Office of Equity and Access. Please share the attached flyers and encourage parents and guardians to register. Spanish interpretation will be provided. Please flag if you have parents interested in attending the May 6 session but need support in another language, so BKN can make arrangements to accommodate.
