It's March...Let's Drink Some Beer for the PTA!
Fri, Mar 19 8:00pm-9:30pm
Please join us in a fun night of beer tasting on Friday, March 19, 2021 at 8pm
Bonus: Your participation benefits the PTA!

PS 107 parent, Jeremy Short, is a nationally-ranked certified beer judge and award-winning homebrewer! Jeremy will walk us through a tasty group of 5-6 brews, fit for any beer novice or geek, from lagers to IPAs, hand-selected from 209 Station in Windsor Terrace (just off of Bartel-Pritchard Square, next to the Verizon store).

Here are the steps to participate in this virtual event:

  1. Click here to register for the event! The cost is $40 per household/family to register plus the purchase of beer from 209 Station, which will be an additional $30-40 total for the 5-6 beers.  The entire $40 registration fee goes straight to the PTA and 209 Station will also donate a portion of the sales from this event to the PS 107 PTA.
  2. Soon after you register, attendees will receive a list of the beer selections that can be purchased at 209 Station (209 Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, NY 11215) the week of the event - specific pick-up dates and details will be sent to those registered.
  3. The day of the event, you will receive a zoom link for the beer tasting. That's when the fun begins! Jeremy will lead the whole group in a discussion about the beers, styles, and history. Participants can ask questions and we hope to have a fun conversation around this tasty, beloved beverage. At the end of the event, attendees can opt to participate in a break out room for further discussion amongst themselves (and much needed socializing)!
Space is limited. We hope to see you there!
