It’s been a stormy 22 months, but in the midst of it, rainbows can still be found. At the start of the pandemic, rainbows–a symbol of hope–were spotted in windows throughout our neighborhood (and the world!). Today, “rainbows” remain all around us, including within our very own school community. Teachers, administration, staff, parents, and volunteers have come together amidst darkness to light a colorful, hopeful path for our children.
And now, rainbows can be found in PS 107’s Big Yard! This week, protective, colorful padding for the fence posts were installed, making it a safer and more cheerful place to play.
Donations to the PTA make projects like these possible.
So far this year, donors to the Annual Fund have collectively given over $133,000–incredible! To stay on track to meet our goal of $200,000, the PTA is raising another $10,000 by December 31–that’s just five days away. Click here to donate.
Just as rainbows include all colors, the Annual Fund needs gifts of all sizes from all PS 107 families.
Here’s to a 2022 full of rainbows in every nook and cranny of our PS 107 community. Warm wishes for a safe and restful holiday break!
